Pc Freezes with white/grey screen and pixels while im playing games

I recently discovered a problem while playingRandomly my PC freezes and i need to restart no blue screen just this grey screen with pixels as shown, i had no problems with my pc in the past as soon as i upgraded to 2k monitor this started pc specs: Ryzen 5 5600ASRock x370 killer sliRx vega 56 ( upgraded bios to 64 )16gb ram
