PC freezes with buzzing sound while playing Call of Duty.

Here's some background, I always ran COD on low settings for fps boost in ranked, everything was fine and I never had any issues, about a day or two ago, I had accidentally dropped an empty mug on top of the case and ever since then I've been getting PC crashes and errors. I checked that none of the cables and such were damaged or unplugged, ran diagnostic tests on cpu and RAM but nothing was apparently wrong. When my PC crashes it presents a Kernel ID 41 (probably due to me having to forcefully power the PC off since it will not do it itself), and just now it gave me a WHEA-Logger error ID 1
