Hello, I have had this issue ongoing with this laptop for over a year now. It is an ASUS Zenbook 14'' (UX3404VC). It has 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, and the processor is "13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900H". Running Windows 11 Home.I have sent it in to ASUS for RMA twice and they failed to address it (the device is now out of warranty); I also spoke with Microsoft support on the phone but we just ran several checks on the computer. At this point, I think it is likely a hardware issue, but I want to make sure and see if there's anything more I can find out about this issue, and any potential way to
