PC freezes while playing games

System Information:Operating System Windows 11 Home 64-bitCPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700XRAM 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4Motherboard Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. B450 AORUS PRO WIFI-CF (AM4)Graphics 8176MB ATI AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (Gigabyte)PROBLEM:Well, this doesn't happen in all games, but in some medium/high-level requirements games, even if I run them in low graphics, out of nowhere when I load in the game after several minutes my pc starts to freeze, first is the screen (I can still hear audio), after this suddenly I stop hearing people from discord, then the only thing I could do is Hard reset
