pc freezes while playing games and then screen goes black and sound freezes

basically, majority of the time i try to play video games on my pc, the whole pc freezes, the sound freezes, then screen goes black, and pc shuts off. ive tried updating drivers its happened so much times now I dont know whats causing it I need help i can also upload the file of the minidump
