PC Freezes up or shutsdown at random with no BSOD

Ever since Friday my pc has been Freezing up at random after login or randomly restart, I can stay in the bios as long as I want with no issues and my cpu, gpu, and memory temps are all normal.I have already tried to completely reinstall a previous version of windows 11
