Pc freezes randomly.

My pc freezes aswell as the screen, i have to restart my computer everytime it happens, in reliability history it says "windows was not properly shutdown" i ran hp diagnostics as well as windows memory diagnostics. sometimes the recovery screen pops up when i restart my pc, i do not know the issue and would like some help please.
