PC freezes, mouse and keyboard goes unresponsive, and audio cuts out.

Hi, so recently about 3-4 weeks ago, my PC has been acting out. Whenever i'm playing a game or just on Chrome, my PC freezes/goes on 0-1 fps on the window i am on, and then during the freeze, my keyboards RGB goes out, and if I was holding a key while it freezes, then it just spams it. (for example, it happened when I was holding W, and then it just kept going WWWWWWW.) Also, my mouse stops responding only for that window, and the entirety of the PC's audio cuts out until 1-2 seconds after the freeze.
