PC freezes after logging into Windows

Hi everyone,Recently i'm having a random problem that my PC freezes on a cold boot and this isnt happening on every cold boot, it can stay away for weeks and suddenly kicks in with a freeze and i can't figure out what causes this problem. I have to hard reset my PC to get it working again and after reboot my PC works fine and I can game for hours without any issue. I get no bsod, no mini dumps, no errors in event viewer aside from the bad shutdown errors.My PC; CPU: I7-14700k undervolt with -100(stable) MOBO: Z790-E gaming wifi 2 RAM: 32GB ddr5 at 6400mhz GPU: RTX 4080 suprim X SSDs: 3x M.2 PC
