Pc freeze and crash, but only some days.

Pc freeze and crashes sometimes, sometime work as it should.Hello! Im looking for some help as i dont know what to do.So sometimes my pc works very well and i can game for hours without any interruption, use several screen and just doing random stuff.But sometime, and more and more often nowdays, my computer totatly crashes. Usually it totally freeze after 5 minutes of playing a game, i can still hear the music on top of this freeze. Atleast for awhile, and the computer looks like it works (like the hardware).
