PC failing to startup. Unable to recover anything through Windows environment as it freezes

Hi,I have a acer aspire TC-105 running windows 10 which was pre-built with windows 8.When booting up the PC it gets to the splash screen with spinning circles and does nothing.I have tried the automatic repair root but it's like a race against before my system freezes in Windows recovery environment and I struggle to perform any recovery tasks.Sometimes I may be to select a task in WinRe environment and it will either crash starlight away or decide to crash at the end of its process.I've booting windows media installing tool from USB drive and I struggle to get any further than repair compute
