Pc failed to update to latest win 11 now i can't use it

Im using asus zenbook and last night i got a prompt to update to the latest window update. It restarted multiples times and only took 15mins then i got this screen. I tried following youtube videos but got nowhere but these screens:I tried pressing f8 and it got hereAfter typing in my bitlocker code, it showed me thisTrying all the options just led me back hereI tried the UEFI option, change nothing, and just save and exitBut it only brings me back to the logo screenand then back here and it's a loopI searched online and the easy fix is to create installation media in usb to repair the issue.
