PC doesnt detect keyboard after windows 11 reset

I reseted my pc entirely, and now my pc wont detect any keyboard. It recognizes my wireless mouse and it works perfectly fine, but it wont detect a USB keyboard. I tried 2 different keyboards and tried every single usb port on my pc but it wont work. Im stuck on windows setup since I cant type. Is there a fix?
