PC crashing

Please help, I recently bought a pre built PC and I've been trying to play modded skyrim but it keeps crashing. The screen turns black and then the PC restarts itself. I thought it was because of the game itself so I downloaded Heaven Benchmark and did a stress test with the preset on extreme and couple seconds into it my PC crashed again and restarted.
