Pc Crashing with buzzing audio

Hi there,My pc keeps crashing with a buzzing audio pretty much whenever I play a game. It will make buzzing sounds of the last audio and my screen will just eventually turn black and just automatically restart. I've had this issue for a while but I do not think it has anything to do with my specs a I have a RTX 2060 and a Ryzen 7.
