PC crashing/freezing/blue screen with a new computer, also with another computer

[Windows 11]

A new computer froze with documents with pictures and websites, had a memory error, froze with a couple of files opened, restarted by itself, did not display a full email with graphics, showed blue screens followed by rebooting, crashed after blue screens. Window reinstall, cleanup, graphic driver update, tune-up provided. This did not fix the issue. While its motherboard was being replaced, my temporary computer started having the same symptoms. The repaired computer still started to have the freezing issue. Is this caused by computer reinstallation since the temporary computer was reinstalle
