PC crashing after installing new m.2 and network card

I recently installed a new m.2 SSD and network card into my pc as my mobo antenna were not working. During the install one of my ram slots has stopped working and my pc starts crashing every now and again. I made sure the SSD was I'm the correct slot (Gen 4) and have ran a windows memory diagnostic and it has found an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated
