PC Crashes with every game.

I built my PC about a month ago and there were no issues. I then noticed that some of my games were crashing randomly without explanation. This became more frequent so I started investigating. I ensured all drivers were up to date and perform cmd sfc /SCANNOW. I also checked the memory. I then decided to do a clean install and rule out any bad drivers. Nothing has fixed the problem. I check to ensure all RAM was seated and the GPU was installed correctly. I reflashed the bios on my motherboard and did another clean install. Still experience crashes. I now have no idea what it can be.
