PC Crashes While Gaming

Hi! I have an issue where my PC crashes a seemingly random amount of time into playing demanding games, no issues at all when not gaming. For Monster Hunter Wilds, it’s a few seconds to a few minutes into playing with medium settings & for Fortnite it’s usually an hour or two into playing. I’ve been having this issue since I built my PC about 2 years ago (I know). I’m not even sure if crashing is the right word - my screen goes black, the RGB on my fans/RAM stays on but goes to its default colors, and the CPU light on my motherboard lights up red for a few seconds before BOOT lights
