PC crashes when entering sleep

The computer screen goes black, but everything continues running (ie fans and RGB all going steady), then suddenly the computer shuts off completely. No BSOD, only some DMP files showed up recently.Prior to this I recently updated my bios and graphics card drivers. The problem started after that. I updated the bios and GPU drivers because I was having an issue where screen would go black and GPU fans would go to max forcing a forced shutdown.
