PC crashes then goes to BIOS with no Hard Drives found

I put together a new PC a few months ago, and for the last couple of months, my PC will randomly crash. It usually happens overnight or when the PC is not being used (which leads me to believe this isn't a thermal related issue). I've only had it happen to me once or twice while actually using the PC (listening to music), and it stuttered and I saw some message pop up about "something went wrong", but it reboots faster than I could read anything else.
