PC crashes at same time every night.

Started after updating to Windows 11 and changing GPUs from a 1080 to 2080 Super (So I'm unsure which is the culprit).Crash occurs at 1:29 JST and lasts for 5 minutes if I have no games running.No BSOD, just everything locking up and not moving for a few minutes.Event viewer gives me the following errors at the time of each crash:"Session "ETW USB tracing" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022""Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{2D1A6D22-A777-5327-B4CB-19E090764637}'""You
