PC crashes and restarts 10x a day. Yes it's 14900KF

Bios is updated (F11 on Z790 GAMING X AX). What do I do to prevent it from crashing? It crashes weather it's idle or being worked. Just black screen and restart outa nowhere. Computer is brand new
