PC Crashes and restart while playing games on direct x

I have been experiencing crashing when starting Direct X games (Marvel Rivals and COD), and my computer freezes and restarts. No crash report is generated, and if a blue screen post is a critical process fails. I am on a fresh Windows 11 pro install, and I have followed all the steps to try to solve this issue I can. I have tried the easy stuff, like reinstalling the game. I have updated the drives for the chipset and the GPU. I have downgraded drivers for the GPU. I have changed Windows versions from 24h2 to 23h2, but the problem persists in both versions of Windows.I ran the SFC scan and DIS
