PC crashes after disk spike, not sure why

Hi,I’ve been having issues with my PC since I built it in October last year, it blue screens “randomly” and gives the code critical process died. Recently discovered that when it starts to crash the disk usage goes from <5% to 100% for a few seconds then back down and it crashes (critical process died blue screen). Most recently this happened when I clicked the chrome icon but it’s crashed like this from various sources.I’ve tried stress testing everything in my PC, everything’s healthy, drivers are up to date and I’ve done a full clean reinstall of windows after formatting the drive.
