PC Continuously Restarts after latest Windows Update

I had automatic updates on and Windows perform a quality update 01/16/25 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 based Systems (KB5049981). Additionally, there was also a Cumulative update for .NET framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 based Systems (KB5050188). My computer automatically updated and restarted the computer. A few days later is when I noticed a blue screen stating the computer was not shut down correctly. I was able to get it to start but then it would restart on its own, sometimes back to back and other times after an hour or less. I tried command prompts
