PC buzzing noise when playing GPU intensive games.

Now, when I play a GPU intensive game, the buzzing noise starts when I lag. The buzzing slows down the laggier I get, but it speeds up when there is less lag. The noise is almost completely gone when the game is not lagging. I am pretty sure it is also the game, called "War Thunder", that if I alt tab to lets say Edge, then the noise completely disappear. Its always the GPU intensive games, for example I also have a game from Steam called "Sprocket, and when I lag on it, it produces the same kind of noise and with the exact frequency based on the lag I am receiving.
