PC boots very slowly and BIOS menu freezez for 10 seconds

Hello!I have a problem that started recently. My PC used to boot up in 10 seconds, but now it takes almost a minute to start (the PC is just 1 years old). I tried to look for something in the BIOS menu, but when I entered, after one second it freezed for 10 seconds. Then I managed to move my mouse for one second and it froze again for 10 seconds. It did it periodically, not randomly and honestly I have zero clue what's going on (I'm not so professional with computers anyways). After booting up, the PC works normally.If you can help me, I thank you for anything.
