PC bootlooping after BIOS setting change.

Hello. I had to change my boot order because of the PC constantly booting into a cd. I changed my boot order to make Windows boot manager on the 1st place. And guess what? Suprise or not, Windows loaded super slowly before bootlooping with a BSOD with the stop code: INNACCESSIBLE_BOOOT_DEVICE. I am in constant fear of reinstalling the entire Windows installation. If anybody has an idea how to fix it, let me know.
