PC Blue Screens even after windows reinstall

So my PC Blue screens at random times and it kept getting worse and worse until the only way to stop it for a temporarily time was to reinstall windows and even that didn't do much, i did find someone else that had the same problem as me Redirecting like almost the same PC but even their problem wasn't solved if their problem can get solved I'm sure my problem would get solved too. I'm hoping that someone can solve this issue that would be a blessing please and
