PC Blue screen of death, Event 41-Kernel power

Hi guys please need help, its been crashing constantly and randomly epsecially on games. Did swap out my RAM to rule it out as i had a spare, CPU passed tests nor overheating or anything.. Only thing im thinking is maybe PSU? i have this rig for the last 7 years never had an issue.
