PC blue screen after fresh install. Stop code.

Previously I was running into issue when playing certain games where the pc would blue screen or crash multiple times. I adjusted to this by just not playing those games. Today I was messing around and in the updates tab i saw the reinstall windows to repair. Thought maybe a full wipe. So i did a fresh install on the computer. Completely removing everything from the two hard drives on the computer. Fresh install. I went to install one of the game i know to be a culprit of the issue.
