Pc black screen nothing wrong with monitor just the imput

I didi all of the things like Clt Shift B or Clt Alt del and nothings working my monitor if perfectly fine and so is the cable. The monitor says it's the imput. I'm getting no screen and imput no nothing just a black screen. I recently did a safe reboot and after I didi that it's not coming back on with a imput. Please help me with different ways, Thank you.
