PC and Game Crash - BSOD help with figuring out source

Hello, Recently I have been having some game crashes to desktop (The Finals, Overwatch), which caused me to see if I had any issues. I ran some tests and didn't find anything wrong but continued to have game crashes to desktop more often. I decided to run Prime95 to see if I had any issues and it worked fine on small ftt but crashed (BSOD) after about 12 min on large ftt. I then decided to try a different game (CS2) which I have never had issues in and it also BSOD after about 1.5 hours of playing. I was then able to play for 2+ hours no problem afterwards so I am really not sure what is the i
