PC+AI Copilot Not working (Win11) white box blocking

The pc+ai copilot doesn't work on my computer. Whenever I typed in something, a white box showed up blocking the screen and no response is coming back from the AI copilot. Does anyone know what's wrong with it? Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing.
