Path to Temp files

I deleted an 18.5 GB folder, and it went into the recycle bin. When I clear the recycle bin, it stuck, so I want to quit and resume deleting the folder. But it vanished from the recycle bin and the original location.When I check the settings, I saw the following.It should contain the folder I deleted cuz when I inspect it, it shows. But I cannot find the location. Anyone know the exact location(s) of "Temporary files" shown in the setting, so I can delete the 18.5 GB folder manually?
