For about the past 2-3 weeks, I've had users experiencing issues with accessing shared folders on the network drive. For example, one user was unable to create a shortcut to the drive on their desktop, getting a message that the path doesn't exist (when it definitely does exist- the shortcut is created by right-clicking on the folder they want to shortcut to). Sometimes, the shortcut is created and works fine, but then randomly when they try to use it, it throws the "path does not exist" error. They can still pin the folder in File Explorer as a workaround, or navigate directly to it in File E
