Past (failed) software install now gives recurring Pop up warning everytimme computer starts

After a failed software install, I now get a recurring Pop UP(Out-of-Box Experience) warning every time my computer starts. The update didn’t complete properly, and now this pop-up appears on every boot.I've attached a screenshot of the warning. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I’ve tried restarting, but the message keeps coming back.
