Password Resetting Issues

[Windows 11]

On my desktop, whenever i try to login it says for me to create a new password. Only issue is i never orginally had a password on that computer. Whenever I go to log into change the password on my laptop or my phone, using the "Forgot your password?" tab. Whenever I try to send myself the email to change it just says that I have reached my daily limit of requests even though that had happened yesterday. At this moment I am unable to log into my desktop due to me not making a new password
