Password cant be reset.

Hello Microsoft team.! here i am again i need your assist. recenly i got blue screen error and i was trying to fix it from windows repair bottom. At last stage i have to put my password to unlock this future but no matter how many times i reset the password this seems not to be reseted. all the time wrong password and wrong password.! I wannt to try fix this blue screen from repair option and if its not fixed i wannt to update to windows 11 but i am afraid maybe the same password will be asked there as well.
