Part of screen not responding to mouse navigator

At first, the problem was that the network and volume bar did not respond to left mouse clicks. (Right-click was still available, but I could not open any of the options offered by the right-click). Later, I (by some chance) opened my NVIDIA game bar. However, it got stuck, and later, a did not respond window popped out. I closed the game bar, realizing that whenever I move my mouse to approximately the rightmost 1/4 of the screen (the monitor still displays properly), the mouse navigator becomes the blue circle that is usually present when an app does not respond, even when the navigator lies
