Parental Controls have stopped working

Hi,Family safety parental controls have stopped working on my kids Windows10 laptop.It happened just after I switched him to admin so that he could uninstall / install some apps. But then no activity appeared anymore on the device, and no restrictions are applied.I have switched him back to standard user accountFun thing is that it seems that his account is not synced anymore. His profile picture appears on the device, but not on his MS account.I have had a look in registry but his account seems to still be supervised.Also, in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls\settings the fil
