Paradoxal Error Code 0xc00000e9

Hello, Recently I updated my PC from windows 10 pro to windows 11. I couldn't do upgrade to windows 11 before because TPM 2.0 wasn't enabled. Si found how to activate it through the BIOS and I then saw - through the App PC Health Check provided by Microsoft - that my computer was compatible wtih Windows 11. So I installed Windows 11 with the help of Windows Assistant - found in the Microsoft website - and everyhting worked fine.
