Hello all, some time ago I started the process of attempting to remove those pesky arrows (or some smaller icon on my desktop icon- its been so long I cant remember what) from the corners of my desktop icons, I stopped halfway through and never resumed the process. This has resulted in my desktop icons all being covered by what appears to be a blank white sheet of paper with the corner folded over! They have lasted this way for far over a year now.
