PAINT 3D

I used the former "Paint" program to create interesting posts to the Photo/Video section of my Facebook page -- it was a pretty simple procedure: I created a Word document using text and graphics, sized it, tapped on Print Screen and copied it all to Paint from which I loaded it to Facebook. Now I have Paint 3D and am wondering if I can do something similar that would be equally easy and fast (after a week of trying, I'm thinking not). Failing that, can I get the old version of Paint back? HELP!!!!
