Paint 3D Projects all gone

Hi! I've been using Paint 3D for years, and I greatly prefer P3D over MS Paint, or Inkscape. I'm very sad that it will be removed from the store, but I will continue to use it. Yesterday, I was using P3D as normal, making my art as I do. Eventually, I saved it, closed it up, and continued with my day. Later in the evening, I come back to continue it, but all of my projects are gone. I mean ALL of them. The open screen is just blank, like P3D reset or something. But, I know that isn't the case, because today I noticed that my saved colorbar is still there. On the contrary, all my P3D settings w

When I right click on a jpg file and see the “open with” options, Paint 3D no longer appears. It always did in the past. Why is it gone now?
