"Page not Available your IT Administrator has limited access" when opening windows security

[Windows 11]

I had this issue for far too long, my games won't install without me turning the antivirus off and this message just pops up every time, i am running on windows 11 and tried everything but nothing worked these are some methods i tried:1- installing security health.2- deleting windows defender from reg editor and updating the group policy.3-using a bunch of different commands starting with reg delete4- terminating and resetting windows security 5- reinstalling windows 11I really need a method for this annoying thing to disappear and would appreciate the help.
