I recently had blue screen error on my laptop, i input after the laptop restart automatic it head to bitlocker, then input the key, after that pop up 2 option; restart and advanced control. i click restart and the result is nothing. i mean it keep going bluescreen, put bitlocker key and restart. I,ve tried system restore, and finally i can reach desktop, but after couple minutes its back to blue screen, and now i cant try system restore and totally cant reach dekstop. i mean i stuck in blue screen
