Ozeino OW810 headphone mic not working after windows update

Hey so I have a pair of Ozeino Ow810 headphones that have a headset mic and after the latest windows update they won't work no matter what I do reinstalling drivers changing privacy setting checking recording audio troubleshooting everything I'm not sure what to do and would love some answers if anyone has them.
