Overdue and waiting on someone else conditional formatting for tasks?

I want to create a conditional formatting rule for my tasks that changes the font for tasks that are overdue and have a status of waiting on someone else. Unfortunately I can not find a rule for overdue tasks. I can only find due date -> yesterday. When a task goes 2 days overdue it no longer registers for the rule. Is there a workaround?
